SOPRIS PARTY RENTALS — PARTICIPANT RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. BY SIGNING YOU ARE GIVING UP IMPORTANT LEGAL RIGHTS.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INHERENT RISKS

Participant (or the minor identified below) understands that the use of inflatable bounce house equipment, foam and bubble machines, mechanical bulls, and other party rental equipment involves inherent risks including but not limited to: falls, collisions, impacts, loss of balance, and injuries resulting from improper use or the actions of other participants. The Participant voluntarily and knowingly assumes all such risks.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to use Sopris Party Rentals equipment, the undersigned, on behalf of themselves (or the minor identified below), their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby fully and forever releases, discharges, and holds harmless Sopris Party Rentals, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and causes of action arising from participation in activities involving the rental equipment, including claims arising from the negligence of Sopris Party Rentals, to the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The Participant (or the guardian signing on behalf of a minor) expressly agrees and acknowledges that use of the equipment is voluntary and that they assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from such use.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT

The Participant agrees to follow all posted rules and any instructions given by Sopris Party Rentals staff or the equipment Renter, including:

• No shoes inside bounce houses.
• No food, drinks, or gum while using the equipment.
• No sharp objects or jewelry.
• No flipping, wrestling, or roughhousing.
• Respect all capacity limits.
• Follow all operator instructions immediately.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

The Participant (or the guardian signing on behalf of a minor) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sopris Party Rentals from any and all claims, suits, losses, or legal fees arising out of or related to any injury, death, or property damage caused by or related to the Participant's use of the equipment.

6. GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGMENT (FOR MINORS)

If signing on behalf of a minor, the undersigned represents that they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor identified below, have full authority to execute this waiver on the minor's behalf, and agree to all terms above as they apply to the minor participant.

7. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY

This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
